Hi, I'm Cleo 💜
Founder & Programme Director of Glow & Grow Girls
I created Glow & Grow Girls as a mum, wanting the kind of safe and positive weekend space I would want for my own daughter.
Two Saturdays a month, girls can step away from their devices, connect face-to-face, build genuine friendships, try new things and be part of a sisterhood where they feel seen, heard and supported.
I want GG Girls to open doors too — introducing our girls to new places, experiences and opportunities they may not have known were possible for them.
My vision is bigger than one year or one cohort. I want GG Girls to keep growing into a lasting movement where girls grow together, stay connected and eventually help lift up the girls coming behind them.
The first year is just the beginning. 💜

VOLUNTEER WITH GG GIRLS | 21+
It takes a community to help a girl grow. We're looking for kind, responsible and positive adults who believe in creating better opportunities for girls. We especially welcome parents and carers, teachers, teaching assistants, supply teachers, youth workers, mentors, coaches, wellbeing practitioners and other professionals experienced in supporting children and young people. Whether you'd like to help at a Saturday session, support a trip or experience, share a professional skill, run an activity or simply give your time, we'd love to hear from you.

All volunteers will be recruited in line with GG Girls' safeguarding procedures. Appropriate checks, references and safeguarding requirements will depend on the volunteer role.
